SALES VISIT - USED

It will be a cold day in xxxx before I ever again think about the Beaverton Nissan Dealership. If you check with the BBB, they won't even consider it a viable business. They might consider themselves mast about the Beaverton Nissan Dealership. If you check with the BBB, they won't even consider it a viable business. They might consider themselves masters of a craft but I consider them most dubious, totally distrustful, liars to the nth degree and one of my most favorite adjectives...motley! They are totally unprofessional in every way from manner of dress to skirting circles and circles around the truth. They give the customer the impression that he or she has the word stupid written in the middle of the their forehead and if they thought they could sell you a pumpkin as a mode of transportation ....they would. I asked the last young lady that helped me get the car off the lot (since MY salesman quit when he left the shop the day I came there, ) why should you chose a profession that required lying and xxxxxxxxxxxx her way through a day and she didn't know what I meant. I felt sorry in that she thought this was thejob for her since she loves car. Hardly a reason to be ensconced with really dishonest, disreputable people every day, I would think. I hope other people do their due diligence with any and all dealerships before deciding on where to buy. More

While we do not like the new car we purchased, the dealership made Herculean effort to try and help us work out issues both with the car and them. Nick , sales, is very personable & friendly. If you a dealership made Herculean effort to try and help us work out issues both with the car and them. Nick , sales, is very personable & friendly. If you are looking for a Nissan, give him a call and go take a test drive. Be prepared when you fill out your sales paperwork to laugh heartily with Brandon. He got us an amazing rate on our loan. Kudos to GM Adam for assisting even when he was not on the clock. He could not have been nicer, and a shout out to Jazmin, who was our original point of contact. We found the sales team to be honest and appreciative of customers, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a Nissan, new or used. More

Initial email contact with Julia Rowlee had good customer service response. (First email only, seemed like a template response). All emails after were abrupt, no punctuation and poor grammar. It was a very i service response. (First email only, seemed like a template response). All emails after were abrupt, no punctuation and poor grammar. It was a very immature communication thread and made for a poor experience. It created a reluctance to continue responding. They may need training on communication skills to create a professional appearance for this dealership. More

SERVICE VISIT

My experience with Nissan dealerships and service was never a problem until Ivan “manager” from services changed that for me and my wife. Long story short the most disrespectful customer service you can never a problem until Ivan “manager” from services changed that for me and my wife. Long story short the most disrespectful customer service you can get from a dude who might think he knows a thing or two better than two females. Went in for maintenance and what he says is “needed” for the car contradicts what my last report shows from last maintenance job done. We had to pull teeth with him so he can explain why this and that was done, aside from his nasty attitude, my Nissan Maxima 2017 radio “gave out” and they wanted me to spend $2600 to replace it or 2k to fix it, this is where the attitude got worse when I told him I couldn’t afford it. I decided to speak to Jason who oversees service who recommended to reach out to Nissan consumer affairs to see if they can cover a portion or full replacement of the radio that “gave out” after only 4 years of owning it. Well seems Carr Nissan was having consumer affairs play a waiting game after a week the dealership still had not provided the report/estimation for the fix of the radio. Wow how unprofessional, so consumers filed a complaint against Ivan. For all we know maybe the radio did not had to be replaced since the dealership was making consumers wait, if the issue was honest they would had completed it ASAP. Well I’m so happy to say Carr/ Beaverton Nissan did 0% to make me satisfied it was so bad that after a long wait I just trade it in my car, and now I am a happy owner of a great competition from Nissan. Oh and excellent warranties I can be at peace that even after 4-6 years of owning my car my “radio” will be covered and not having to experience this xxxx again! Thank you Ivan for your xxxxty service and disappointment that Jason could not follow up with me, this says a lot about this dealership they care more about money than the relationship with their clients. I will make sure no friends or family shop here ever again!! More

I was not sure what to expect, but Before arriving at Nissan I was a little bit irritated with my experience at a different car maker and dealership. I was not sure what to expect, but I had the wonderful pleasure of working with Gary Valentic. What made the process so great is the demeanor with how Gary walked me through the process. He absolutely listened to me, and didn't waste my time with things I was not interested in. Still at this point I have not made my decision, so I leave and think about my options. It was Gary's friendly attentive attitude that made it so easy for me to make my decision. Thank you Gary and Clint for welcoming me to the Nissan family! I am absolutely loving it! More

Everything was going well, until the final paperwork, and their salesman Bryan, tried to sneak in $800 worth of accessory costs. It includes some insurance for when you lose your car key which is around $300, which everyone knows, is totally optional. I questioned the amount as it was not in their advertisem*nt and he didn't mention this at all during the negotiation. When I asked him about it, he gave a weird answer, a racist answer actually and seems to try to confuse me, he said "I don't know where you came from, but here, the costs of car registration is added to the amount". Really? An out of topic answer, and then, a Hispanic person telling me " I don't know where you came from". I again reiterated that I am questioning the "ACCESSORIES COST" of around $800, and he again answered about the DMV costs. I don't know if he got rattled the I busted his trick and doesn't know how to explain it, but I decided to turn down the offer, and stood up to leave, he then told me " just want you to know, just walking out like that is rude". Well, sneaking in accessories costs and giving racist remarks is rude in my opinion.Stay away from this dealership.I went to another Nissan dealer and bought a Murano which is I am so happy about.
