This unit is Delivery for Friday through Sunday. Please note if you plan to start/stop camping on another day of the week, it will need to be approved first based on our work schedules....we will accommodate if possible. Please contact us for other timeframes/locations not listed below before booking. Unless you have secured a pull through spot, delivery will need to be after 4:00 plus traveling time.The Hive is a 2023 LIV travel trailer that is a non-wood construction. Due to it's unique material, the honeycomb walls provide insulation and durability. It has marine grade covers on the dinette, marine mats on the floors, and is made a thermoplastic unibody construction that is fireproof, waterproof, chemical resistant, and non-toxic.It has all the standard features of a travel trailer but with a lighter weight. Beyond standard components, this unit features a queen bed with a storage bench underneath, dual closets, double bunks, oversized fridge/freezer, cup holders in the table, a Roku TV with antennae and cable, indoor and outdoor speakers, a convection oven/microwave combo, electric fireplace, electric awning, massaging shower, and an outdoor shower. There is also an on-demand hot water heater. You will need to supply your own bed and bath linens (1 Qn, 3 twin)A mileage Delivery charge will apply and we offer delivery to parks in our area such as Watson Mill, Victoria Bryant, Tugaloo, Fort Yargo, Richard B. Russell, Hartwell KOA, Bobby Brown, Calhoun Falls SC, and Hard Labor Creek. Note: We will not deliver to Pendleton, SC area.
These will receive a fuel charge of $3.50/mile (you are Only charged a ONE-way delivery fee); minimum $50 charge. If the unit is reserved for a weekly rental that begins or ends on the weekends, we can make arrangements for a further distance delivery. Please contact the owner to discuss any parks outside the areas listed above or for any Mon-Thurs deliveries and we will do our best to accommodate you. (For delivery, be sure to pick stationary unit insurance to save you some money!)What's includedPortable 30 gallon waste tank for non-full hookup sites, drinking water hose and filter, double camping chair, portable camping table, 10x10 ezup tent, beach umbrella with anchor, outdoor games, inside board games, indoor utensils and dishes, full enclosure covers on bedding, coffee mugs, pots/pans set, grill utensils, stick vacuum, linens if requested for an extra charge, kitchen basics, 2 personal fans, starter toilet paper and starter paper towels. There is a single cup keurig and a refillable kcup dispenser available.If we have approved a pickup, a wireless backup camera will be included.RecommendationsThe best thing about the LIV, at 23 ft you can fit almost any camping spot. We recommend from past camping experiences getting a pull through site when possible. That gives the most area for kids to play the games on board such as ladderball and corn hole. For favorite state parks, we recommend trying Moccassin Creek State Park (my favorite), Vogel State Park, Victoria Bryant and Tugaloo. Creekfire Resort in Savannah is a good one with kids if you ever find yourself camping around the Savannah area! This is a delivery and setup unit to the parks listed in the description. On a case by case basis, it may be delivered to further parks but there will be a fuel surcharge. A rare exception may allow for pickup by renter. Unless you are requesting delivery to the listed parks, please contact owner prior to booking for acceptance. We normally can deliver and pickup Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Days outside of this will will possibly require an extra day added to your camping reservation to allow us time to drop or retrieve the unit around our work schedule.No smoking, no pets, no cooking strong odor foods inside unit, or blatant disregard for our property.
The electric awning may be used, but should be retracted at night or when camper is left unattended. Rain or wind will damage the mechanics and become the monetary responsibility of the renter.
