It’s time for another Wellness Wednesday post. I am super happy to see that so many of you are loving these bi-weekly recipe roundup posts. A couple weeks ago I shared 10 healthy overnight oats recipes to try and it has been getting tons of love from Pinterest and on Instagram. Today I am sharing 10 more recipes from the and NITK archives and the blogosphere. Here are 10easy and healthy crockpot recipes to make a meal prep a breeze! Even though I am currently spending my first wonderful and glorious day in Maui (finally!),I know that back at home and around the globe many of you are dealing with the cold winter weather, so this post is the perfect warm and cozy pick-me-up! These crockpot recipes are all gluten free and can easily be made dairy free if they aren’t already. They are tasty, simple to make, filling, warm, and delicious. This lovely and simple crockpot chilli has dozens of five star reviews and is the winner of multiple chilli cook off’s… enough said!! The recipe makes 10 to 12 large servings so you can stock your freezer with chilli to last you through the winter!
Slow Cooker Thai Green Cashew Chicken Curryfrom Nutrition in the Kitch
This Thai green curry made in the slow cooker has a ton of veggies and chickpeas as well as tender chicken, making it filling, delicious and the perfect comfort food dish. There’s also a vegetarian option if you want to skip the meat and the recipe serves 6 so it’s a great batch meal.
White Chicken Chili from My Heart Beets
Another chili recipe on the list! This one is made with white chicken, cannellini beans, corn, celery, onion, and lots of spices. It’s simple but filling and perfect for a cold winter day. The recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.

Another recipe from the NITK archives, this easy paella is filled with all kinds of seafood and natural chorizo sausage as well as a delicious broth for a lighter, but still warming slow cooker meal.
